- XM scammed me twice. Any day I make a huge profit, they close my account and take all my money. Without any reason. First time I thought I did something wrong, second time, I knew it’s a scam and this is how they operate. I wished didn’t trade here. They let you invest for them then close your account while trade is open, take all your money in your account and they don’t response to your emails and calls.

I have documented evidence of competition manipulation. They changed dates, extended closing date, its like saying buy tickets and then every gets excited and they keep moving draw date, month after month. They told me straight its within their right.. what a laugh. Enough said i have the evidence, total scam since running competitions to get 10usd per entry plus encouraging traders to place large trades to get into competition is unethical as many will lose over 100 usd, so they make plenty and then move the date. What a joke.

Xm is one of my best broker. customer care service is very good withdrawal since I started my trading journey I have not experienced and delayed in withdraw I recommend it to everyone thanks the only issue I had was my deposit of 2000 naira which did not reflect in my account but apart from that I don't have any issues

XM nullified my profits and closed my account on alleged arbitrage trade while I had only entered a single position. My understanding of arbitrage is that you enter two opposite positions which I even Don't understand since it will only break even.

XM terminated my account but has refused to give me back my 1005$ investment for over 6 months. Any time I contact them they are rude and unprofessional and do not provide any solution despite their terms and condition admit that my operations were cancelled and thus they have to give me back my investment.

On 27th April 2023 in the morning East Africa time,I set pending orders, buy and sell with XM. I was trading Gold and my parameters was to buy at 2005. When it got to 2003.06 XM activated my order. The trade then went down and again activated my sell which went to tp... Now I lost all my money because of the buy that activated way before the set parameters . Why do I have to loose my money because of a mistake from you XM??. I am kindly requesting you to refund the lost money since it wasn't my mistake. It is not fair to make a client loose money when the mistake is broker's. Am very frustrated, the chat clearly shows it never got to 2005. Why did you activate? Seems one can no longer trust pending orders. I could have made money yet I lost everything. KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY SO THAT I CONTINUE WITH MY TRADING!

today 23 march 2023 i trade gold and get profit 336$ and i withdrawal but xm was cancel my profit with no clearly reason they not show me the proof now i feeling scare with this broker XMglobal my account 62960912 it mean that if you lose is ok but if you win xm will cancel our profit i need xmglobal give me reason and show me the proof

I tried that broker,,,,it is very bad from the first day, my trading account number 45404545. After recieving the email of verification, i decided that i will not deposit now , and i asked for the 30 usd free bonus to try the broker..... I opened a trade that was with profit.... After opening the second one with its tp and sl,,,,,i found that bonus disappeared suddenly with no any apparent reason and trading became disabled. I made a live chat with the supporting team, they did nothing , and they do not know the reason of what happened. MY ADVICE TO ALL TRADERS ((((DO NOT DEPOSIT IN XM)))
