On 27th April 2023 in the morning East Africa time,I set pending orders, buy and sell with XM. I was trading Gold and my parameters was to buy at 2005. When it got to 2003.06 XM activated my order. The trade then went down and again activated my sell which went to tp... Now I lost all my money because of the buy that activated way before the set parameters . Why do I have to loose my money because of a mistake from you XM??. I am kindly requesting you to refund the lost money since it wasn't my mistake.
It is not fair to make a client loose money when the mistake is broker's. Am very frustrated, the chat clearly shows it never got to 2005. Why did you activate? Seems one can no longer trust pending orders. I could have made money yet I lost everything.
KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY SO THAT I CONTINUE WITH MY TRADING!
