After the first month of trading, the broker did not disappoint me. Everything that they have written in the regulations, everything is respected. I also note their webinars. Very interesting ones go on different topics and they really help in trading, not empty shells. Really working things are dismantled at these webinars. I learned a lot from there and apply it in my trading. I also use their analytics portal, which also helps a lot in decision making.

我从5月份入金交易至7月份，7月2号早上开盘时发现CHINA 300的K线图完全不动，而其他平台的CHINA 300 K线图都是正常，且XAUUSD 购买一手直接弹出两手，期间有邮件和电话咨询KVB客服，开始期间客服与邮件都承认平台服务器存在故障，过来一两周KVB的客服完全官方起来了，什么都不做答复，只让发邮件，而邮件却全盘否定之前的说法。而且在7月底还冻结了我的账户，刚开始以为密码忘记，更改密码后还是无法登入。
与客服沟通，直接来了一句账户金额不够5000USD的就会冻结，我想问KVB昆仑国际号称成立10多年，难道就是这样刁难和对待你的客户吗？
到发文为止期间我的帐号还是处于被冻结的状态。
