Case number 08801461. Dubai police team was informed about this technical fault they are asking for the report from Exness. They will be alerting all the citizens of UAE to stop using this platform if not being able to refund my hard earned money. The money has to be refunded by Exness for stopout on 7 July because of below reasons: Exness Support member informed me that despite of not having net banking facility exness app will accept debit cards which makes the money deposit process simple and immediate. Only because of this asurance, I started trading using exness thinking that money deposit is fast. Exness accepted three debit cards and gave me false impression that I can withdraw and transfer whenever required. However on 7 July, while doing trading I tried to deposit funds through banking and the error says merchant site not accepting payments. I was literally panicked and in a deep state of worry. I tried debit cards with several people but there is no use. I called to Bank several times and they said I don't have any issue with the card limit its the merchant app is not accepting payments for deposit. The problem with Exness accepted three cards but doesn't allow deposit or withdraw some days but the next following day I was able to deposit money this shows that bank doesn't stop any transactions its the Exness app which caused this problem.
