I feel this is big scam. They don't give proper information. After refund just provide letter and ask to follow up with our bank. Exness is not capable to track the payments and not interested as well. Its been One month now, not able to get my refund amount. They know very well that no one will register case against them. So they are taking these all granted & enjoying our money. Whenever i send a email, they will send ARN/RRN number & confirmation letter. They says this much information only we can provide. Local banks says, merchant not released the fund. Then where is the money? Take care on these kind of Froud. They will do smooth transection of sometime. One day they will block everything.
